ew Leader We are looking for a motivated landscaping Tree Care Crew Leader to lead a team in providing quality tree care services for high end commercial properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping experience who enjoys working outdoors, leading a crew, and learning specialized tree care skills.

In this role, you'll lead by example, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll perform a variety of tree care tasks, including pruning, planting, and general tree maintenance, while operating equipment and working as part of a team. Training is provided on our tree care methods and equipment. During the winter months, this position transitions into snow removal operations.

Key Responsibilities
