The One We Call When It Has To Be Right (Hardscape Foreman)

We're looking for a Hardscape Foreman who can lead from the front, operate equipment with confidence, and take ownership of projects from excavation to final walkthrough.

What You'll Do

✔ Lead crews of 2-6 team members

✔ Operate excavators, skid steers, compact equipment, and specialty tools

✔ Read and set grade accurately

✔ Install patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living spaces, and landscape features

✔ Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and profitably

✔ Train and develop crew members

✔ Communicate with management and clients professionally

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of hardscape or construction leadership experience
• Can confidently run equipment and read grade
• Take pride in quality work
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Lead by example instead of standing around giving orders
• Are hungry to learn and grow professionally
• Have a valid driver's license
• CDL preferred
