We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Tennis Groundskeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality facility. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

#### Job Details:

• Hours: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Weekdays and/or Weekends 5:30 am to 8 am
• Frequency: Monday through Friday (Shift times may vary slightly based on seasonal needs or facility events).

#### Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance on tennis courts, with a specific focus on clay court maintenance such as adding clay where necessary and packing clay after heavy rains.
• Tend to the courts and general court maintenance to ensure optimal playing conditions for members.
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including sweeping walkways and ensuring the tennis area is safe and welcoming.
• Maintain and clean the entire tennis court complex and associated equipment.
• Help with physical tasks such as moving equipment, grounds materials, or court supplies, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work effectively and efficiently in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions.

#### Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and maintain physical fitness for on-court activities.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn new specialized skills related to court care.
