Team Member (Landscaping and Exterior Cleaning)

We’re Hiring – Full-Time Seasonal Team Members

Based in North Huntingdon $20/hr + Overtime + Growth Opportunity April – Mid December

Grato Property Care is growing, and we’re looking to add strong, reliable team members to our crew this season.

We are a family-owned exterior cleaning and landscape company that takes pride in doing things the right way. We serve homeowners and businesses throughout Westmoreland and Allegheny County — and we’re building a team that represents our name well.

This is not a temporary summer job. This is a full-season opportunity with room to grow into a Crew Lead position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Landscape maintenance and projects
• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Christmas light installation (yes, roofs and ladders are involved)
• General exterior property services

Hours vary based on season and business demands. Most weeks 30-50 hours with overtime after 40 hours.

Starting Pay

✔ $20/hour (W2) ✔ Overtime pay ✔ Performance bonus eligibility after 90 days ✔ Opportunity for advancement

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Shows up early and ready to work
• Is physically capable (50+ lbs, ladders, roofs)
• Has a valid driver’s license & clean record
• Can pass a background check
• Works well on a team
• Takes pride in doing quality work

Military background is a plus.

We are not hiring for short-term summer work.

Uniform shirts and equipment are provided. Work boots and pants are employee responsibility.
