Team Leader Landscape & Hardscape

Requirements/Expectations for The Grounds Guys Team Leader

• At least 2 years' experience in landscape and hardscape field.
• At least 2 years' experience in driving a truck with experience in hauling both a box and dump trailers.
• A reliable vehicle to bring you to work every day.
• A valid driver's license.
• Wear team shirt and khaki pants daily and making sure entire team is in uniform and wearing proper PPE.
• Ability to download and use scheduling/timesheet app.
• Ability to keep team on track to finish jobs within allotted timeframe.
• Former employer recommendation with work phone number to call for reference.
• Responsible to make sure equipment is cleaned, stored, locked up, and cared for properly at the end of each day.
• Responsible for making sure each employee takes a 30 minute lunch and clocking in/out accordingly.
