Senior Project Manager - Landscape Design/Build

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Flora’s construction work across both sides of the business: the Design/Build division (custom residential and commercial landscape projects) and the Production home-builder division (high-volume, repeatable scopes for our production home-builder partner accounts). This is a management position accountable for project profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction from contract through closeout.

The Senior Project Manager owns the financial and operational outcome of an assigned portfolio of projects and leads, mentors, and sets the standard for the project management team. On the Design/Build side, that means managing bespoke projects from plans through punch list; on the Production side, it means keeping high-volume, schedule-critical work — from SWPPP installs through final landscape installs — moving on time and on budget against the builder’s closing calendar.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the scheduling coordinators, field operations, and sales teams. With company-wide time tracking in place, the Senior Project Manager is directly accountable for labor hours and crew productivity against budget on every job, and for coordinating field crews (in-house and/or subcontracted) so work is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Flora’s quality standards. The role also owns the pre-construction and sales-to-field handoff process, ensuring every job moves from sold to scheduled with documented scope and a completed pre-construction review.
