Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results
  • Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships
  • Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates
  • Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs
