ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Residential Landscape Project Manager who thrives in a leadership role and takes pride in turning well-designed plans into exceptional finished spaces. In this role, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery. You’ll lead crews, coordinate moving parts, and ensure that each project runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets the high standards our clients expect. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, team performance, and the overall success and growth of our residential outdoor living department.

This is a position for someone who enjoys being in the field, making decisions, solving problems in real time, and leading by example. You’ll have the autonomy to run your projects, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to build systems and people that elevate how we operate.

You’ll work closely with: * Department leadership, who will support you on strategy, planning, and high-level decisions * Sales and design team members, who will set projects up for success and rely on your feedback from the field * Crew leads and field teams, where your leadership will directly influence productivity, quality, and team culture * Homeowners and designer/arcitechts, where your communication and professionalism will shape the client experience
