Project Manager, Landscape Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for landscape architecture and site development projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Oversee technical tasks such as developing renderings, preparing conceptual plans, planting plans, hardscape layout, lighting, and construction detailing.
• Develop site design concepts and detailed plans for outdoor amenity spaces, including plazas, courtyards, and streetscapes.
• Oversee the preparation of construction details and technical specifications that align with project standards and local codes.
• Prepare illustrative renderings, 3D visualizations, and presentation graphics to communicate design intent.
