• 1+ year of professional landscape or hardscape experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls, plantings, drainage, concrete)
• Work closely with crew leaders and project managers
• Load and prep trucks and equipment daily
• Operate and maintain professional landscaping equipment
• Follow safety procedures and job plans
• Use simple mobile tools to track time and document work
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
• Provide quality workmanship that exceeds client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of professional landscape or hardscape experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (Class E preferred; CDL a plus)
• Comfortable driving a truck with a 20-ft trailer
• Experience with equipment such as skid steers, excavators, trenchers (preferred)
• Knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation techniques (preferred)
• Willingness to work overtime when needed (10-hour days at times)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

What You’ll Get:

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
