While this position is considered a leadership position, it also requires hands-on work and is a customer service position because of interactions with our customers.

Reporting Relationships

The Production Manager - Landscape Enhancements reports to the Direct of Operations. The Director of Operations will provide training, direction, and support to the Production Manager.

Requirements- MUST HAVE GREEN INDUSTRY AND/OR LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE

Education

* A high school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement

Certifications

* A valid Ohio Driver’s License and be insurable by DLL’s vehicle insurance provider

Experience

* Four plus years of experience in all aspects of landscaping and snow operations

* Prior leadership and management experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk long distances and work continuously for up to 2 hours at one time to complete tasks, assist customers and other employees

* Ability to work in severe temperatures for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds unassisted

* Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions

* Hearing and speaking to exchange information

* Dexterity of hands to perform the tasks required of the position

* Sight in order to be aware of hazards and dangers found in the nature of the work

Working Conditions

* The employee will be expected to experience hot and humid conditions as well as cold conditions while on customer sites in all weather conditions. Because this is an all-weather job...
