Compensation & Benefits

About the Role

The Lead Irrigation Technician is responsible for overseeing irrigation installations, maintenance, and repair work while leading field crews and maintaining Egan Landscape Group’s standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role works closely with the Irrigation Division Manager and serves as the on-site technical and leadership lead.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Project & Crew Leadership

Lead and supervise irrigation crews on installations, maintenance, and repair projects

Delegate tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards * * Track job progress, timelines, and quality, and communicate updates to the Irrigation Division Manager

Technical Expertise

Diagnose and repair complex irrigation system issues (valves, pumps, sprinklers, wiring, controllers)
