WHAT YOU WILL DO

Service approximately 15 residential customers per day on an assigned route

Apply granular and liquid lawn care treatments safely and accurately following company protocols

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on your route communicate clearly, listen carefully, build trust, and assist current and prospective customers with new service onboarding

Identify and diagnose turf issues, recommend solutions, and authorize appropriate service adjustments

Operate and maintain a company vehicle throughout the workday in a clean and safe manner

Accurately document services performed and materials used on every stop

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valid driver's license with a clean record minimal infractions in the past 3 years

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
