No prior lawn care experience is required — we provide paid training and help you get licensed.

If you have a strong work ethic and a clean driving record, we can teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to lawns

* Treat trees and shrubs for insects and disease * Operate ride-on spreaders and spray equipment * Work independently on a daily route * Deliver professional, friendly customer service * Learn safe pesticide handling and application *

After training, you’ll manage your own service route.

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide

Paid hands-on training

* Help obtaining Michigan Pesticide Applicator License * All equipment and PPE *

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with clean record

* Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain * Ability to lift 50 lbs * Strong attendance and reliability * Positive attitude * Willingness to learn *

*Character and work ethic matter more than experience.*

Pay & Benefits

$20–$24 per hour (based on performance and licensing)
