Lawn Care Technician - Driver License Required

The Lawn Care Technician provides professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers.

Services include fertilizer and control applications (weeds, insects, disease, grubs, etc.) and may include aeration and seeding. This role is customer-facing and requires professionalism, clear communication, and consistent service quality.

Aim of the Position

To consistently execute lawn care services according to company systems and standards so customers receive reliable, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license

· Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility

· Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and perform physical work (lifting, kneeling, walking on uneven terrain)

· Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow systems consistently

Responsibilities

Service Execution

· Perform scheduled lawn care applications safely and consistently

· Use correct products, rates, and coverage patterns to ensure consistent results

· Operate company vehicles safely and maintain equipment properly

Documentation & Communication

· Complete daily documentation and required notes accurately and on time

· Communicate professionally with customers when needed and leave required notices

Safety & Standards

· Follow PPE, mixing, loading, and driving safety standards at all times

· Report equipment issues, hazards, and service exceptions promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $700.00 per week
