Requirements

* Michigan Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Categories 3A, 3B, & 6 mandatory) * 1 Year of commercial lawn care experience, including operation of ride-on spreader * Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire * Experience driving a truck w/ trailer * Basic math skills associated with accurately measuring and mixing pesticides, as well as calibrating spreaders to directed application rates * Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties * The capacity to work independently or with a crew * General working knowledge of proper lawn and landscape management practices, including basic grass, weed, & disease identification * Flexible attitude open to helping in other areas of the business when needed * Ability to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer
