Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, fertilization, and other lawn care tasks efficiently and safely
• Apply pest control treatments and fertilizers to promote healthy turf and plant growth while adhering to safety protocols
• Use landscaping techniques to shape lawns, install features, and improve overall aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces
• Drive company vehicles to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and safe transportation of equipment and personnel
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with farming or agricultural activities related to turf management when needed
• Follow safety guidelines diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is highly desirable
• Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for driving company vehicles
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
