Lawn Care Specialist

Position Summary: Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers, while maintaining top quality customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to: fertilizer, weed control, core aeration, top dressing, etc.- Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment- Provide assistance in equipment repairs- Maintain a professional personal appearance- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department

Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma- A minimum of 6 months customer service and/or general labor experience- Previous experience in lawn care an asset but not required- Able to work long hours during peak production times- Able to lift and carry 75 pounds- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record- Pass a background check, drug screen and basic skills assessment- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills- Able to work under minimum supervision

Pay: $10.00 – $15.00/hr
