Lawn Care Specialist's treat lawns with top quality, environmentally appropriate products, provide services like aerate & seeding turf, tree/shrub care, pest control, and also help to educate customers on landscape care & cultural practices.

No experience necessary necessary as paid training is provided. Work outdoors with customers on a set schedule M-F with paid overtime. Many lawn applications are done with ride-on machines and training provided on all equipment.

Salary & Benefits are based upon experience and include: * Starting wage: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE (WSDA license start at higher rate) * Medical * Dental * Additional commission opportunities * Bonus for customer retention, sales, production, and safe work days * PTO * Year Round Pay

Desired Qualifications: * Good written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable interacting with customers in person * Comfortable working outdoors * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Ability to work on feet for multiple hours * Pass a criminal background check

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is helpful, but not required.
