Turf Titans is seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Lawn Care Crew Lead. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations while actively working alongside crew members to maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Tri-State area.

The Crew Lead plays a critical role in ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Turf Titans’ quality standards. This individual must be capable of leading by example, managing crews in the field, operating commercial equipment, and maintaining professionalism on every property we service.

This is an outdoor, physically active position offering approximately 32+ hours per week, weather dependent.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise lawn care crews on residential and commercial properties

Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

Oversee property cleanups, landscape maintenance, and general grounds services

Assist with weed control and spraying applications when required

Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Drive company trucks and safely maneuver trailers between job sites

Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and client expectations

Train and assist crew members on proper equipment operation, safety procedures, and workflow efficiency

Monitor job site productivity and maintain organized, professional operations throughout the day

Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites and company vehicles

Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, equipment issues, damages, or operational concerns

Follow and enforce all company procedures, safety protocols, and operational standards

Assist with route organization, daily job completion, and overall crew accountability

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
