This is not a position where you simply show up, mow grass, and go home. You're responsible for making sure the crew completes every property correctly, safely, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a lawn care crew throughout the day.
• Read and understand daily job notes before arriving at each property.
• Verify addresses and ensure the crew is at the correct location before beginning work.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and assign work efficiently.
• Hold crew members accountable for the quality and pace of their work.
• Correct poor performance on the spot instead of ignoring it.
• Perform quality checks before leaving every property.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues immediately.
• Represent the company professionally with customers at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience leading a lawn care or landscaping crew preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
