Job Title: Landscaping Shop Manager / Mechanic

Location: Columbia-Jefferson City

Pay

$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM; occasional weekends as needed

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shop Manager/Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our landscaping equipment and vehicles. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose, repair, and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) and company vehicles * Manage shop operations, including tool organization, inventory, and cleanliness * Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, blade sharpening, filter replacements, etc.) * Track equipment condition and schedule preventative maintenance * Order parts and maintain inventory of supplies * Ensure all equipment is safe and job-ready each day * Coordinate with crew leaders and management on equipment needs and repairs * Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications
