Roles and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:

Working onsite supervisor in overseeing and executing landscape maintenance, equipment requirements and material deliveries to ensure the completion of the jobs within project deadlines. Manage safety, quality, and productivity of work at sites and yard. Train and mentor crew members on safe and proper methods and techniques to perform assigned tasks: work with employees to deficiencies. Work as a team with Maintenance Manager and Property Manager Supervisor and other Landscape Technicians to execute landscape maintenance projects from beginning to completion of jobs Identify client property needs and enhancements, explaining needs to assigned sales representative. i.e., bug treatments, tree pruning, overseeding, etc.. Complete weekly service reports and leave with clients. Operate various tools, light and heavy equipment Work as a team in maintaining all types of landscape projects including, but not limited to Fertil...
