Job Summary

The Crew Leader Driver executes site-level tasks on BrightView’s client sites. This position directs the work of 2-5 other team members and ensures assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and BrightView’s clients. The Crew Leader Driver oversees crews working in varying service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year Landscaping Crew Leader experience MUST Have a Driver's License; must be current MUST be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (which includes a drug test) State Pesticide Licenses (preferred)

You’d be responsible for:

Assisting your team in safely and efficiently completed assigned tasks such as: Planting; Watering; Fertilizing; Digging and Raking just to name a few. Installation of required materials for landscaping/irrigation/site development Crews production rates, quality control and safety Ensuring that all employees are attending the weekly tailgate meeting Confirming that all employees are operating safely at all times including reviewing potential traffic hazards; performing hard hat checks and safety gear checks; underground alert reviews; other trades hazard review and performing general public safety checks Maintaining a hazardous communication folder inc...
