Landscaping Crew Member

A prominent San Antonio business park is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position (40 hours per week) offering stable employment and consistent work throughout the year.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining attractive outdoor spaces, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable performing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, planting, and cleanup
• Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the business park grounds
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment operation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others and follow direction
