Position Overview

You will be part of a field crew responsible for erosion control installation, site prep, and landscape construction on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install silt fence, erosion control blanket, and safety fencing
• Perform grading, trenching, and site prep
• Planting, mulching, and general landscaping
• Load/unload materials and maintain equipment
• Follow site plans and supervisor direction
• Maintain clean and safe job sites

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Must have reliable transportation to McDonough warehouse
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Must be on time daily (attendance is strictly enforced)
• Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions
