Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Duties

• Sweep, dust and remove trash and debris throughout the property
• Wipe down and sanitize surface areas – elevators, hallways, stairwells, lobby area, etc.
• Mop and power wash floors and walkways
• Vacuum carpets
• Rake and blow leaves from yard or grass areas
• Weed, mow, cut or hedge plants, shrubs and grass areas
• Clean pool

Requirements/Skills

• Must have a neat appearance
• Knowledge and experience in cleaning chemicals, supplies and work methods
• Must be able to speak English
• Must be able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
