Landscape Technician

Laurel Ridge Country Club

is seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Technician to join our golf course maintenance team. This position reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and plays a key role in maintaining the beauty and appearance of the clubhouse grounds and landscaped areas throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clubhouse landscaping, flower beds, shrubs, and ornamental plants
• Plant, mulch, weed, prune, and edge landscape beds
• Mow, trim, and maintain turf areas surrounding the clubhouse
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and other landscape materials as directed
• Assist with seasonal landscape projects and property improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance throughout the clubhouse grounds
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
