Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 members to complete landscaping enhancement and maintenance projects efficiently and safely
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards, with attention to detail and quality to minimize call-backs
• Maintain professionalism at all times when interacting with team, management, and customers
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools
• Utilize an iPad to track real-time job progression and submit required paperwork, such as receipts and job completion forms
• Conduct post-job checklists to verify all tasks are completed and the site is left in excellent condition
• Enforce safety protocols and promptly document and report any incidents or violations
• Train and mentor crew members on equipment use and company standards, supporting their development toward working independently
• Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Foster a respectful and positive team environment
