Job Duties

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach 4+ landscape foremen and crews, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Project Planning: Plan projects two weeks in advance, ensuring all resources, schedules, and materials are aligned for seamless execution.
• Client and Team Communication: Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, salespeople, and coworkers. Ensure prompt responses: return calls and texts within 30 minutes, emails within 24 hours.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues or changes on job sites swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and quality.
• Jobsite Layout & Planning: Expertly read drawings and proposals, lead jobsite layout, and manage project planning to ensure smooth and accurate execution.
