Landscape Project Manager

is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading landscaping construction projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role at Black Pearl Management and requires interaction and positive relationships with the clients, employees, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Black Pearl strictly works on residential projects. The projects are all unique and an attention to detail and high quality touch throughout is mandatory. You will be managing several moving project parts simultaneously between several projects, all while making sure the projects are completed at or above the estimated profit margin.

A key component to the position is developing the schedule and communicating it to the team prior to breaking ground. During the project installation, communication with the client and installation team must be constant and consistent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Experience
