POSITION SUMMARY

Winrock Town Center, featuring a two-acre park with a waterfall and large pond, is designed to be a horticultural showcase. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable individual with commercial landscaping experience to help maintain this exceptional property and contribute to its welcoming, well-kept environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an important member of our landscaping crew.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation.
• Install, maintain, and replenish landscaping beds and display areas.
• Trim trees and bushes.
• Knowledge of construction is a plus.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule may vary, and you should be available to work weekends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of experience directly related to the essential functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.
• Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and the materials needed.
• Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Read and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Work independently in the absence of supervision.
