Landscape Operations Manager

Come grow with Goodin! Goodin Ground Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Operations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape production. They will ensure that projects are scheduled, laid out properly, executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of landscape production crews, including training, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
• Report directly to our landscape Project Manager
• Assist iin the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of each project
• Train and mentor production Team Leads to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and labor hours.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to complete required project work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape installation and maintenance.
• OSHA 30 certified or able to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing landscape production crews and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid and insurable driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
