What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Maintenance Team Lead, you will oversee a crew while ensuring commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical landscaping experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

### Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and managing a landscape maintenance crew
• Operating company trucks and trailers safely
• Trimming, edging, and blowing off surfaces
• Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
• Mulching and leaf removal
• Training crew members and maintaining quality standards
• Communicating with supervisors and clients professionally
• Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance
• Experience leading and managing a crew
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

*(Must have fewer than 4 points to meet company insurance requirements)* * Ability to be insured by the company’s insurance carrier * Ability to operate trucks with or without attached trailers * Ability to safely operate mowing equipment, mechanical tools, and snow removal equipment * Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
