In order to better fulfill their mission, the company is in search of a highly motivated worker interested in being a member of the landscape maintenance team. This department is responsible for maintaining the grounds of commercial and residential properties in and around the Charlotte region.

This position is responsible for leading a crew of fellow team members in providing quality landscape maintenance services to our clients. In addition to leading the crew, the incumbent will operate at times power equipment such as commercial grade mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, pruners, etc. A minimum of one year experience is required. This is a full-time permanent position.

• Lead and motivate 2-5 member landscape maintenance crews while delivering high quality landscapes
• Assign individual responsibilities to fellow crew members
• Manage projected budgeted hours and quality standards for assigned properties
• Oversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely manner
• Train crew members on a continuous basis
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
• Ensure that all crew members follow safety rules and regulations at all times
• Ensure the proper and safe use of applications of pesticides, fertilizers, and other chemicals according to safety regulations
