Greenleaf Landscaping currently has a full time position available for a Account Manager/ Business Developer who would be responsible for landscape maintenance accounts. Applicant must be a strong multi-tasker, and possess a strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills. Greenleaf Landscaping and is based in Greenwood (southern Indianapolis), Indiana area.

The Account Manager/Business Developer responsibilities to include

• Business Development-Soliciting new work through Commercial, Residential and Home Owner Associations
• Manage current work portfolio-Growing and developing new work with existing landscape and maintenance customers
• Enhancement Sales- Up selling of all Greenleaf Landscaping services to current customers to add value to their properties while increasing job scope
• Relationship Management- Develop, maintain and, grow Greenleaf Landscaping’s relationships throughout the community to all current and new clients

Job Requirements

• College degree in a horticultural field or 3 plus years of applicable work experience
• Strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle all customer issues in a fast paced environment
• Prefer regional candidates with Midwest based plant and turf knowledge.
