Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Job Description

Landscape maintenance workers will maintain grounds of commercial and residential property using hand and power tools and other equipment. A qualified candidate will be willing to take initiative, be reliable, willing to learn and able to work within a team. Must be able to handle working in all weather conditions, be willing to comply with field policies and procedures and follow safety standards and practices. Looking for motivated and skilled or HIGHLY trainable individuals who are interested in taking on increasing responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Be able to use/train on equipment; Walk behind mower, riding mower, blowers and other tools.
• Have a valid state I.D. and be able to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to maintain good customer and co-worker relations
• Ability to learn and implement company policies and procedures

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to

• Lawn care, mowing, fertilizing, edging, trimming, planting
• Flower and shrub bed clean up
• Water feature maintenance, and irrigation maintenance

*Salary $18.00 – $25.00 per hour – depending on experience*
