Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

A Maintenance Crew Member is an integral part of the landscape team with key responsibilities, including: * Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls * Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass * Trim/prune trees and shrubs * Clean lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers * Install new landscaping materials * Keep trucks & equipment clean and in good working order * Follow the company’s safety policies and procedures consistently

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment, such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers * Willingness and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk long distances * Willingness and ability to maintain a good work attendance record * Reliable transportation to and from work * At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

* Valid driver’s license * Bilingual in English and Spanish
