Qualifications for higher pay rates

• Previous successful experience in landscape maintenance
• Horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, technical pruning, fertilization, and general principles of horticulture

Description

Rexius is seeking a skilled landscape maintenance crew leader for a full-time, year-round position based out of our Coburg, OR location. A successful candidate will provide maintenance service on residential and/or commercial properties.

Daily Tasks

• Leads Crew in performing landscape maintenance tasks assigned
• Inspects assigned vehicle using WhipAround App
• Drives vehicle; responsible for the proper care and use of vehicle and assigned equipment
• Mentally formulates site-specific plan to efficiently work a site for maximum value to the customer
• Trains Crew Members

Requirements

:

• Excellent communication skills
• Has a valid Oregon Driver's license
• Responsible, reliable and punctual
• Able to lead a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
• Has adequate knowledge of the principals of horticulture; including planting, pruning, identification of plants vs. weeds, etc.
