Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate crew members during daily grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks. Assign work based on skill level, equipment availability, and daily priorities. Ensure all safety protocols and proper equipment usage are followed by the crew. Enforce company and OSHA safety standards, including PPE, equipment handling, and vehicle safety. Maintain a professional appearance by ensuring crew uniforms are clean and well maintained. Support snow and ice management activities during the winter season as assigned. Perform and oversee tasks such as weed pulling, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, landscape installation, and general debris clean-up. Operate commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently; train team members on equipment use and assist with basic maintenance. Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment, trailers, vehicles, and tools. Inspect job sites before and after work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
