Landscape Lighting and Irrigation Lead Technician

Gardens for Living, a rapidly expanding company specializing in Landscape Installation, Irrigation, and Maintenance, is seeking an Experienced LIghting and Irrigation Technician. We are committed to quality and are looking for a like-minded, motivated, and responsible individual who enjoys working outdoors. As a LIghting and Irrigation Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of outdoor lighting and irrigation systems, providing guidance and support to the team and our clients. Your role involves coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality workmanship to meet client needs and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and other irrigation-related components
• Work with the team to design and install new irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
• Ensure that all irrigation installations are performed in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
• Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on irrigation systems that best suit their needs and budgets
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new irrigation technology and products.
• Ensure that all irrigation installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs to existing irrigation systems as needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in lighting and irrigation installation and maintenance preferred
• Ability to read and interpret irrigation system plans and designs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of irrigation system components, functions, tools, equipment, and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients to provide recommendations and solutions (both verbal and written)
