### Position Summary

The Seasonal Fall Cleanup Laborer will assist with a variety of tasks associated with fall yard and property maintenance. This is a physically demanding role involving outdoor work in variable weather conditions. Youll be part of a crew that ensures properties are clean, safe, and well maintained going into the winter months.

### Key Responsibilities

• Prune shrubs, trim perennials, remove dead plant material
• Clean up beds, edges, and general landscape cleanup
• Assist with hauling, loading, and disposing of waste
• Use hand tools, leaf blowers, and other standard landscape equipment
• Follow safety protocols, use proper PPE, and maintain a clean workspace
• Report issues (e.g. drainage problems, damage, hazards) to crew lead
• Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

### Qualifications / Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor labor preferred but not required
• Highly motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, walk)
• Basic knowledge of landscape tools and safe usage
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to/from the South Denver branch or assigned job sites
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required by company policy)
