Landscape / Hardscape Team Leader

* Manages a team of one or more crew members and oversees projects such as landscape installation, clean ups, and lighting or pavers and retaining walls * Trains crew members on policies and procedures * Plans and organizes the job, ensuring that the job is completed in a time-efficient manner * Reads landscape blueprints in order to successfully lay out jobs on site * Routinely interacts with clients in a polite and professional manner * Maintains a clean and safe work environment * Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and sod cutters * Operates automatic and manual transmission vehicles #### Qualifications:

• A high school degree or GED
• 1-3 years of team leader experience
• Valid driver's license, CDL is preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills, and mechanical aptitude
