Position Overview

As a Gardener / Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' landscapes. This position requires hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, plant care, and the safe operation of landscaping equipment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision. We value team members who show up ready to work hard, solve problems, and continuously improve their skills.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of plant health, pruning, weed management, and seasonal landscape care.
• Experience safely operating landscape equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
