Landscape Enhancement Crew Member

Join our team as an Enhancement Crew Member, where you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a dedicated crew responsible for commercial and high-end residential landscape/irrigation installations. This full-time, year-round position offers a chance to showcase your supervisory skills and landscaping expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Executing installation of plantings, hardscapes, irrigation, and other landscaping projects.
• Safely loading and unloading heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks/trailers.
• Following up on projects & tasks with the supervisor.
• Enforcing all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintaining professional on-site communications with team members, clients, contractors, and/or subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Prior enhancement experience, i.e. large plant installs, drainage installs, sod installation, etc.
• Commercial landscape experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with irrigation systems and installing two wire systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
