Job Description

:Lifescape Colorado is seeking a seasoned Landscape Designer with a passion for high-end residential work and a proven ability to design, sell, and deliver complex outdoor projects. This role is ideal for a confident designer who thrives in a client-facing environment and understands luxury expectations. The Landscape Designer owns projects from initial client consultation through final design and handoff to construction, blending creative vision with technical expertise and strong consultative sales skills. This position requires an individual who is a well skilled in landscape design/architecture, sales, estimation,

client relations and landscape project construction oversight.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Responsible to meet and maintain or exceed individually determined annual revenue and gross margin sales goal
• Responsible to manage own book of business of leads provided by company and create and cultivate new business development opportunities by networking
• Responsible for client satisfaction, interaction, meetings from initial consultation through construction, and communicate and sell the services we provide: design, construction, and property care
• Communicate with client in a timely and respectful manner and represent Lifescape professionally at all times
