We have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Landscape Designer. In this pivotal role, you will nurture client relationships and create designs that bring customers’ dreams to life. THE ROLE

* RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Maintain and cultivate current customer relationships and referral sources. Communicate regularly with clients on project updates, alterations, and designs. Actively represent the company in the community. Ensure client satisfaction upon project completion and review final project statements. * ACHIEVE SALES PERFORMANCE GOALS: Track sales targets and milestones. Utilize strong sales skills to showcase company capabilities and competitive advantages. Prepare detailed, competitive estimates that align with company gross margin goals and meet client budget requirements. * PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Take accurate measurements and elevations of client properties. Ensure accurate, to-scale designs that bring client ideas to life and guide production teams. Produce detailed job packets with all necessary information for seamless installations. Coordinate with Operations and the customer before, during, and after the project. Maintain records in the company's sales tracking system and provide regular updates.
