What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside your crew on daily landscape maintenance tasks
• Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Ensure every job meets safety, quality, and schedule expectations
• Train, motivate, and support crew members
• Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
• Track labor, materials, and job progress
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

What You Bring

• 2-3 years landscaping experience
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred
• Strong equipment operation skills
• Ability to lead a team and keep projects moving
• Valid driver's license
• Great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
