Landscape Construction Supervisor

Cutting Edge is in search of a strong leader that leads by example to join our Landscape Installations team. This position requires a lot of attention to detail, high levels of efficiency and time management as you will be leading 3-4 installation crews as they with your help will complete commercial jobs.

Main Responsibilities

Complete daily job status reports Delegate workload to crews Walk job sites prior to the assigned start date Train crew leads and crew members on-site Work with crews on job sites to meet deadlines Install timers, help troubleshoot irrigation systems Communicate with estimators and production managers on project timelines Order materials, equipment and parts Oversee equipment maintenance Remove snow on an on-call basis

Qualifications

Able to lead other leaders Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required 3+ years of Landscape Supervisor experience preferred 5+ years of Commercial Landscape Installation experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficiency in reading blueprints and use of architectural scale ruler Able to pass a drug test
