Overview

Outdoor Environments Group is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager who is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-end landscape construction. This role requires a leader who can orchestrate complex projects, manage elite construction teams, and ensure every detail aligns with our uncompromising standards of excellence.

The Landscape Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-end residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and luxury outdoor elements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and can deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities and Duties

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the pre-construction planning process, including scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the implementation of high-end hardscapes, custom water features, luxury outdoor structures, and specialty planting installations.
• Ensure projects meet design intent, client expectations, and the highest standards of craftsmanship.
